Terms of Service

Effective July 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SendPaw (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SendPaw provides transactional email infrastructure via a REST API and SMTP relay, including domain authentication, delivery logging, and webhooks. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send:

• unsolicited bulk email (spam) or messages to recipients who have not consented;
• content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing;
• malware, phishing, or content designed to harm recipients.

We may suspend sending that harms deliverability for our network or violates these Terms.

4. Credits & billing

The Service is pay-as-you-go. You purchase credits, and messages consume credits per accepted send. Purchased credits do not expire. Fees for credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Deliverability

We work to maximize deliverability, but inbox placement depends on factors outside our control, including recipient providers and your sending practices. We do not guarantee delivery to any specific inbox.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incidents are reflected on our status page.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
